At Ado Official Music Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your merchandise; if you are not, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital downloads and opened physical media are non-returnable due to the nature of the products.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the items in their original box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
